FRONT DESK OFFICER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• With pleasing personality and good work ethics
• College Graduate or has finished at least 2 years in college
• establishment and has handled a cashiering function
• With good communication skills
• Must be proficient in various office (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software
• Organized and with good people skills • Must be willing to be assigned in various branches

JOB PURPOSE
• Responsible for accurate facilitation of all types of client transactions in consonance with set cashiering systems, policies and procedures, and in providing the highest level of customer service to optimize and sustain sales performance and profitability

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

o Handles recording of all sales, payments, and adjustments:
o Cash transactions
o Charge transactions
o Other tenders

o Provides clear communication and information to his superiors, subordinates and to independent contractors in the absence of the Branch Manager
o Delivers excellent customer relations at all times
o Provides products and service feedback to Branch Manager to enhance the level of client satisfaction
