Instructions
  1. Chop the fish fillet roughly into small pieces.
  2. Chop the onions into thin/small pieces.
  3. Mix the fish and onion with black pepper ground.
  4. Deep fry medium cook then set aside.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 300
  6. Grease baking pan with Olive oil
  7. Pour ¼ cup of Clara Olé Béchamel Sauce and ¼ cup tomato sauce into the baking pan
  8. Put the fried fish into the baking pan.
  9. Pour the remaining Clara Olé Béchamel and tomato sauce on top of the fish
  10. Sprinkle with grated quick melt cheese.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes.
